Organic Certification
Jenny directed her concentrations at Colorado State University on organic production just as the National Organic Program was put into place. She stayed abreast of the regulations and applied them to her studies. She became the Organic Certification Coordinator at New Belgium Brewery when they dabbled in organic production. She managed the organic certification and navigated FDA regulations as the Quality Control Manager at Motherlove Herbal Company. Jenny is trained and certified as an Organic Inspector for both manufacturing and crop production through the International Organic Inspectors Association. She advocates for maintaining the integrity of organic standards and adheres to the regulations. She believes in organic, biodynamic and regenerative agricultural practices.
